الخلاصة في سطر واحد: لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك — لأننا أساسًا لا نجمعها.
من نحن
«أثر» استوديو مستقل يصنع تطبيقات جوّال نظيفة، بلا إعلانات، للمسلمين وللأطفال وللناس جميعًا. هذه السياسة تشرح — بلغة بشرية لا قانونية متعالية — كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك في تطبيقاتنا وموقعنا.
ما الذي نجمعه؟
في الأصل: لا شيء. صُمّمت تطبيقاتنا لتعمل على جهازك:
- بياناتك داخل التطبيقات (أورادك، أذكارك، مصاريفك، تقدّم طفلك) تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك ولا تُرسَل إلى خوادمنا.
- لا نطلب إنشاء حساب إلا إذا كانت ميزة محددة تستحيل بدونه — وعندها نوضح السبب.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات إعلانية، ولا معرّفات إعلانية، ولا بكسلات تتبّع.
ما الذي لا نفعله أبدًا
- لا إعلانات — لا اليوم ولا غدًا، في أي تطبيق.
- لا بيع ولا مشاركة بيانات مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
- لا ملفات تعريف إعلانية للأطفال — تطبيقات الأطفال لدينا لا تجمع أي بيانات شخصية عنهم.
الخدمات الخارجية
بعض المزايا قد تعتمد على خدمات من أطراف ثالثة (مثل خوادم المزامنة، أو خرائط مواقيت الصلاة، أو متاجر التطبيقات نفسها). في هذه الحالات:
- نختار مزوّدين يحترمون الخصوصية قدر الاستطاعة.
- نرسل الحد الأدنى الضروري من البيانات لتشغيل الميزة فقط.
- نذكر ذلك بوضوح داخل التطبيق قبل تفعيل الميزة.
متاجر التطبيقات (App Store / Google Play) قد تجمع بيانات تشخيصية وفق سياساتها الخاصة، وهي خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
المدفوعات
معظم تطبيقاتنا مجانية. إن وُجدت ميزة مدفوعة (لتغطية تكلفة خدمة خارجية)، فإن الدفع يتم عبر متجر التطبيقات نفسه — نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية.
الأطفال
تطبيقاتنا الموجّهة للأطفال لا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تتضمن مشتريات خفية، ولا تجمع بيانات شخصية، ولا تحتوي روابط خارجية غير محمية. سلامة الصغار خطٌّ أحمر.
حقوقك
لأن بياناتك على جهازك، فأنت تملكها بالكامل: تستطيع تصديرها أو حذفها بحذف التطبيق. وإن وُجدت بيانات لدينا يومًا (كحساب اختياري)، يمكنك طلب نسخة منها أو حذفها نهائيًا بمراسلتنا.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إن غيّرنا شيئًا جوهريًا، سنعلن ذلك في الموقع وداخل التطبيقات قبل سريانه. لن نغيّر المبدأ الأساسي أبدًا: لا إعلانات، لا تتبّع، لا بيع بيانات.

The one-line summary: we show no ads, we don't track you, and we don't sell your data — because we don't collect it in the first place.
Who we are
Athar is an independent studio building clean, ad-free mobile apps — for Muslims, for kids, and for everyone. This policy explains, in human language rather than legalese, how we handle your data across our apps and website.
What we collect
By default: nothing. Our apps are designed to work on your device:
- Your in-app data (your Quran progress, adhkar, expenses, your child's learning progress) is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- We never require an account unless a specific feature is impossible without one — and we explain why when we do.
- We use no advertising analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking pixels.
What we will never do
- No ads — not today, not tomorrow, in any app.
- No selling or sharing data with any third party for marketing purposes.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- No advertising profiles of children — our kids' apps collect no personal data about them.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on third-party services (such as sync servers, prayer-time data, or the app stores themselves). In those cases:
- We choose privacy-respecting providers wherever possible.
- We send only the minimum data strictly required for the feature to work.
- We state it clearly inside the app before the feature is enabled.
App stores (App Store / Google Play) may collect diagnostic data under their own policies, which are outside our control.
Payments
Most of our apps are free. Where a paid feature exists (to cover the cost of a third-party service), payment is handled by the app store itself — we never see or store any card or banking details.
Children
Our kids' apps show no ads, contain no hidden purchases, collect no personal data, and include no unguarded external links. Children's safety is a red line.
Your rights
Because your data lives on your device, you fully own it: you can export it or erase it by deleting the app. If we ever hold any data of yours (such as an optional account), you can request a copy or permanent deletion by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything substantial, we will announce it on this site and inside the apps before it takes effect. The core principle will never change: no ads, no tracking, no data selling.
